Cordination Center

 

 

The Coordination Centre was established in 2007 and headquartered at C-DOT premises to coordinate amongst all stakeholders and undertake the common activities and secretarial role to the General Body, Executive Council and Steering Committee.

The Coordination Center undertake following responsibilities in the Project Management Framework: 

  •     Collates/Scrutinize Research Issues and Proposals for completeness received from all stakeholders
  •     Secretarial Services to the Steering Committee and Project Review Committees
  •     Identifying and Connecting up TCOEs with the Funding Agencies on project to project basis
  •     Coordinating for Performance Evaluation of Centres 
  •     Release TCOE Bulletin
  •     Conduct Membership Drive to bring-in all stakeholders to this common platform              

Besides from above listed responsibilities, Coordination Centre acts as a single window contact point for all TCOEs. The broad activities undertaken are shown below:
