TCOE India is a public–private partnership driving telecom and digital innovation in India through projects such as setting up Centers of Excellence in 5G/6G, quantum, AI and emerging technologies with universities, launching the Sangam Digital Twin initiative for smart infrastructure planning, collaborating, and running startup support schemes (DCIS) to mentor and pilot innovative solutions; these initiatives collectively foster R&D, skill development, industry–academia collaboration, and adoption of next-gen technologies across the country.
