The TCOE India on behalf of Digital Bharat Nidhi(DBN) seeks to empanel agencies to provide DBN Extension Services under the Samriddh Gram Project initiative of DBN. This initiative aims to enhance digital literacy and broadband utilization in rural areas by developing multimedia content, conducting field engagement activities, and offering capacity-building programs. The project focuses on creating model villages with high-speed broadband, promoting digital governance, and unlocking economic opportunities.
Important Update: The proposal submission deadline, initially extended to 5 PM on March 5, 2025, has now been further extended to 5 PM on March 17, 2025, in response to stakeholder requests.
Interested agencies must submit proposals at samriddh@tcoe.in, detailing their experience, approach, and methodology for delivering these services.
