General Body

General Body (GB) is formed under the Chairmanship of Secretary (T), DoT and has heads of the Eight Principal Sponsoring Telecom Service Providers, Eight Premier Academic Institutes and Senior Government Officials as members. It is the Apex Decision Making Body for the TCOEs. The Coordination Centre of TCOEs functions as the facilitator to the General Body.
